1. Our trailer mounted roof cleaning machine costs about $10k to build.  We are much more financially commited to the roof cleaning than the guy with a wire brush on a pole.
2. $10,000 will buy alot of marketing.  Roof cleaning companies might choose to invest in the best marketing rather than the best equipment.  $10,000 buys alot of wire brushes on poles for alot of employees.
3. No contractor wants to make a commitment to excellence and not have that commitment be appriciated by their customers.  In other words out of fear that home owners might not appriciate the investment in the best roof cleaning equipment and mistake a machine like ours for a power washer.

A Commercial Power Washer uses 3000 to 4000 PSI and many roofs have been damaged by using a power washer to clean them.  We can set our psi/pressure as low as 550 psi.
