• When you call for an estimate, service or warranty work Chad Westover, the company owner does his best to be able answer the phone or call you back the same day! Other than a few times a year he is able to do so.                        
• Chad gets to know each employee very well before they are left to work independently. 
• More than just an Employee background check is done.  Any new employees must also work with a long time trusted employee of the company until the new employee skills are demonstrated.  The newest full time employee’s hire date was February 3rd, 2010.  When we have a busy week or month rather than post an ad or go through a temp agency we actually employ what you might think of as our competitors employees.  We have made friends with several of our competitors with whom there is a mutual respect.  We have agreed to share employees.  Good people are hard to find and no business wants to lose a valuable employee because of lack of work. 
• Employees are paid fairly:  Employees in almost all roofing companies are paid by the square. It is important to also have a payment system that is based on good quality installation as well.  The price we ask our customers to pay for a new roof or roof repair allows for those that do the work to be paid based on lasting quality installations.
